Magic wands are your way to create quality feedback loops with your team! Think of this as your virtual feedback box - being able to share ideas, frustrations, or requests with your management team.

Submitting a Magic Wand:

  1. At the top, middle of the screen, click on the “Magic Wand” button

  2. Determine the category of your magic wand: Idea, Frustration, or Request

  3. Pick a tag: patient care, tools & tech, coworkers, clients, leadership, or other

  4. Write the description of you magic wand submission in the text response - be as clear and descriptive as possible!

  5. Decide whether you’d like this feedback to be anonymous or not

  6. Press “abracadabra!” and your submission will be sent to management!

Why Should You Submit Magic Wands?

Feedback is the lifeblood of a quality company culture. If management does not receive feedback, they don’t know what to improve! Additionally, if management does not act on the feedback given, culture does not improve. By taking the first step, whether anonymously or not, you’re helping improve your practice!
