If you're not receiving emails from us, it may be because our emails got sent to spam π’
This can be for a variety of reasons, and every person's spam filters are based on how they interact with emails.
Unfortunately, we can't control how email providers handle our emails, but you can make sure they hit your inbox every time! β
You can do this by adding add hound.vet & mail.hound.vet to your list of safe senders.

π« Instructions for Microsoft/Outlook
1. Click Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
2. In the Junk E-mail Options dialog, click the Safe Senders tab
3. Then click the Add button
4. In the pop up add "@hound.vet" and then click OK
5. Repeat step 3 and this time in the pop-up, add "@mail.hound.vet" and then click OK
6. Then click the OK button in the Junk Email Options dialog box
π« Instructions for Google/Gmail
Check your spam folder, first.
If you see an email there from hound there, highlight the email and click on the "Not Spam" button. Future emails from hound should now automatically go to your inbox.
If there are no emails from hound in your spam folder...
You can create a filter to automatically send emails from certain domains to your inbox.
Open your Gmail account
On the upper right, click the βοΈ button and then click Settings
Click Filters and Blocked Addresses and then click Create a new filter
In From, type @mail.hound.vet, @hound.vet
Click Create filter
In the list of options, select Never send it to spam
Click the Create filter button
