Scroll down until you see a form asking for your first name, last name, and email address. Use the same information you used when signing up.

The website will recognize you as a current referrer, and update your info accordingly.

Scroll down below where to form was and you'll see a widget that includes the number of referrals you have and what milestone you've reached.
