This help article showcases how Hound streamlines the process of reviewing, categorizing and shortlisting job applicants.
Go to the Connections page
1. To see a breakdown of your hiring status for all candidates, click on Connections from the top menu bar.
Toggle to jobs
2. On this page, you can filter by all candidates that have interacted with you, job candidates or shift candidates. Click on jobs to see a breakdown of your hiring statuses.
Filter by Active jobs
3. After clicking on Jobs, scroll down to the Applications section. This section lists all applicants to your job(s). To check which job the candidate applied to, use the "active jobs" filter. Selected jobs in this filter will show only applicants to that job.
