Before starting, ensure you have your payment card details ready for secure entry.
Key things to know about billing and payment:
- You can add an individual payment card for just yourself, or add a practice payment card for all users in your practice 
- After adding a payment card, be sure to select that card under the "my charges" box 
- You can view all of your individual charges or your practice's charges on the billing page by clicking "my charges" or "team charges"

Go to the billing page in your account
1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to open your account settings.
2. Select "billing" in the menu to manage your payment information and past charges.
Add an individual or practice payment method
3. On the billing page, you can add an individual card that only you can use, or you can add a practice card that all users at your practice can use.
4. In this example, we'll add a practice card to our account by clicking "add payment method" in the Practice Payment Method box.
5. Click the field labeled "Card nickname" to give your payment method a recognizable name.
6. Fill in your card number with your credit or debit card information.
7. Click the "Save" button to securely store your new payment method in your account.
Select the payment method for your charges
8. Under the "My charges" box, click on the dropdown menu to see your payment methods.
9. Select the payment method you just added. All future charges to your account will be billed to this payment method.
You have successfully added a new payment method to your account and set it as your preferred option.
How to update your payment details
To update your card information, simply click the red X in the corner of your card details and click "update".
