Go to your billing page
Click on your profile in the upper right hand corner.
2. Click billing to view your current subscription and downgrade options.
Click the downgrade button
3. Click the downgrade button in the "My charges" box to start changing your subscription plan.
4. Confirm that you want to continue with downgrading by clicking on downgrade again on this pop up.
5. Click to choose an option for why you're downgrading your subscription (optional).
6. Use the box to type in any further information you'd like to share (optional). This could be feedback or a more in depth reason for your downgrade.
Click submit
7. Once you've finished filling out your reason for downgrading and feedback, click submit.
8. Click close to exit the downgrade confirmation window.
At this point, your account is not yet downgraded. A team member will reach out to you to finish downgrading your account, and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been downgraded. If you have any questions, use the chat box in the lower right corner of your screen.
