These preferences (fields like pay range, hours, skills, and experience) correspond directly to fields employers must fill out when they create job postings.
Our algorithm does the magic πͺ in the background, and matches you with job postings that fit with your preferences!
To see your matches, simply sign in to your hound account and go to your dashboard.
To update your matches preferences, simply follow these steps:
Click on the "get matched" button at the top center beside the search bar.
Fill in your desired preferences for position, location, pay and relocation.
Click the "get matched" button at the bottom and you'll be automatically matched!
