When creating your practice profile and furthermore your practice location(s) you’re setting up an algorithm.
Your practice & job post details (represented fields like number of daily appointments, number of employees, practice type, pay range, etc...) communicate with directly with fields that job seekers fill out while creating their profile.
Our algorithm does the magic 🪄 in the background, and matches you with candidates that fit your practice/job post and help ensure you have a curated feed of talent to reach out to.
To view your candidate matches, simply sign in and navigate to the Jobs page from the left-hand menu bar.
On the jobs page, click on the matches tile at the top, which will provide rows to organize matched talent by categories. Note, in order to match with talent on hound, you must have an active/open job posted. Candidate matches are only available for permanent jobs currently, not for relief shifts.
