  1. Posting jobs is simple & so is managing your job postings. 🙌 In a few scenarios, you’ll likely want/need to update your active job posting(s). Simply navigate to the job icon:

  2. Once here, you’ll see all of your active job postings in which you can “view candidates” or “edit” any of the active postings

    1. “edit” pulls you into the job posting to make any last minute tweaks

    2. “view candidates” pulls you into a kanban board to manage your inbound applications

  3. In other scenarios you’ll likely want to close down your job post (hired a candidate on hound 🎉, no longer hiring for that role, or maybe you hired a candidate on a different platform). Simply hover your cursor over the active job post, and click on the red “x”.

  4. From here you’ll be able to mark how many hires were made for this role if any and then click “submit and delete” which removes the job posting from your active job postings and the job seeker feed.

  5. *Once you delete your job posting it will be removed from your active job postings board and the job seeker feed. Note, this will prevent any inbound applications for the said job post.
