You can manage your Recruiter or Recruiter Pro subscription anytime by navigating to the hamburger menu beside your avatar (in the upper right corner), and then clicking billing.
On the billing page, find the box labeled "My charges" and click the downgrade button.
After clicking the downgrade button, you'll see a popup asking you to confirm your choice. Click the downgrade button on the popup to continue.
The next popup is optional and asks for feedback on your experience with Hound.
After you click submit, you will see a confirmation of your downgrade request. Our team processes these downgrade requests asap.
Once your downgrade has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of the changes. On your billing page, you can will also see the remaining days (if any) until your subscription expires.
