GROUP SUPERADMIN
A Group Superadmin has full access to every practice in the group. They can:
View and manage shifts, groovers, and reviews at any practice.
Access the Group Dashboard with metrics across all locations.
Manage group-level settings including branding and billing.
Invite and manage other Group Admins and Practice Managers.
Approve or decline shift requests from any practice (if shift approval is enabled).
REGIONAL ADMIN
A Regional Admin is scoped to a specific set of practices. They can do everything a Superadmin can, but only for the practices they've been assigned to. They cannot:
View practices outside their assigned scope.
Access group billing (billing is restricted to superadmins).
Update group branding.
Regional Admins are ideal for organizations with regional or district managers who oversee a subset of clinics.
HOW TO ASSIGN PRACTICES TO A REGIONAL ADMIN
Go to Group Users from the menu bar.
Click pencil icon next to the Regional Admin's name to edit.
Select the practices they should have access to.
Click Save Assignments.
The Regional Admin's sidebar and dashboard will automatically filter to show only their assigned practices.
