Group admins can customize the branding for all group users and all practice users, if the enforce branding setting is toggled on.
ACCESSING GROUP SETTINGS
Editing Group Name
Go to Group Settings in the menu bar. Under Group Information, edit the Group Name field and click Save.
Editing Group Branding
Under the Branding section, you can customize the following:
Logo: Upload your organization's logo. This appears in the sidebar for all group users. Square ratios work best and you can crop the logo after uploading.
Primary color: The main brand color used for buttons and highlights.
Secondary color: Used for backgrounds and supporting UI elements.
Accent color: Used for links and interactive elements.
Sidebar colors: Control the sidebar background, text, and active item highlight.
You can click the Reset button at any time to revert back to Groove's default branding.
ENFORCING BRANDING AT ALL PRACTICES
Toggle on "Enforce branding at all linked practices" to automatically apply your group branding to every practice in the network. When this is enabled:
Practice-level branding settings are overridden by the group branding.
Practice Managers cannot change their own practice's colors, logo, or font.
This is recommended for enterprise groups that want consistent branding across all locations.
Note: Regional Admins cannot update group branding β this is restricted to Superadmins.
