Groove uses magic links for all user sign-ins instead of email and password for security purposes (and so you don't have to remember yet another password!) Magic links can only be clicked once before they expire, so try requesting a new magic link from groove.vet/signin if the link isn't working.
If you haven't tried accepting your invite yet
First try clicking the Sign In & Get Started button in your invite email.
*If the email scanner has not already consumed the one-time invite link, you should be taken straight into your dashboard.
*If the email scanner has already consumed the one-time invite link, you should be taken to the groove website https://www.groove.vet/signin
Enter your email address, click Send Magic Link, check your email and click the Sign In button in your sign in email.
If you've already tried accepting your invite and failed
Enter your email address, click Send Magic Link, check your email and click the Sign In button in your sign in email. (This is the standard sign in flow and will be how you sign in every time going forward.)
