You can upload important relief documents (contracts, licenses, signed agreements and more) and share them securely with a connected practice. Your practice will see them on your profile, and you'll also see any documents your practice has shared with you.
SHARING A DOCUMENT WITH A PRACTICE
Click on Practices in the left-hand menu and select the practice you want to share a document with, then find the Shared Documents section:
Select the type of document from the dropdown (Contract, Agreement, Invoice, Other), then click Upload.
Select the file and upload. The practice will be able to see it right away, with a "Shared by Groover" tag.
VIEWING DOCUMENTS A PRACTICE HAS SHARED WITH YOU
Practices can also upload documents to your profile - for example, a copy of your contract or license they're keeping on file. Those will show up in the same Shared Documents section with a "Shared by Practice' tag, so everything you've exchanged with a practice lives in one place.
WHO CAN SEE THESE DOCUMENTS
A document you share is only visible to you and the specific practice you shared it with - it isn't shared with any other practice you're connected to on Groove. These are kept in a private storage that's encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the U.S., and there's no public or shareable link. Access is limited to admins at your practice (plus any group-level admins whose access covers your practice, if you are part of a group), the relief doctor the file belongs to, and a small number of Hound staff who administer the platform.
