As an employer you’ll likely chat with candidates on scout across a few different scenarios:
When they inbound apply to a job
When they view or follow your location (you’ll receive an email notification once this happens) (only available to premium subscribers)
When you match with them based on how they’ve created their job seeker profile & how you’ve created your job post, other words low hanging fruit (only available to premium subscribers)
When you’re actively searching, qualifying, and recruiting (cold messaging them on hound) (only available to premium subscribers)
To see your messages with candidates:
Go to your dashboard.
Select the “messages” tab in the center of the page.
If you have active messages, those will show on the left & you can also filter by archived messages and blocked.
Simply select the chat you’d like to engage with and start typing!
