As a Practice Admin, you can add one or multiple locations to manage relief staffing across locations, invite your team members, monitor performance and update branding.
STEP 1: ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Go to the sign up page and select "I manage a practice". After confirming your email, you'll land on an activation screen while your account is being reviewed.
Once a Groove administrator grants you access, you'll receive an email and can sign back in by entering your email, then clicking on the magic link in the email.
STEP 2: SET UP YOUR PRACTICE
On first sign-in, you'll be prompted to set up your practice:
Enter your Practice Name.
Enter your first Location Name and address (street, city, state, ZIP). For single-location practices, your Location Name will likely be the same as your Practice Name.
Click Create & Continue.
You can add more locations later by clicking on Practice from the menu bar.
STEP 3: ADD A PAYMENT METHOD
To post paid shifts and process payments, you'll need a payment method on file. Click on Billing from the menu bar and go to the Payment Method section. You can add a credit/debit card (instant verification) or a US bank account via ACH.
Fill in your payment details and click save.
STEP 4: INVITE YOUR GROOVERS
Click on Groovers from the menu bar to view all invited, connected and removed Groovers (relief professionals). Your connected Groovers can see all shifts you post, unless you limit the visibility of specific shifts.
Click the Invite Groover button.
Enter the groover's name, email, phone, and professional role (currently only DVMs are supported). They'll receive an invitation email to create their account and connect to your practice.
You will see the invited Groover in the Invited tab. Once they accept your invitation, they will be in the Available tab.
STEP 5: POST YOUR FIRST SHIFT
Click the Post a Shift button from your dashboard or navigate to Relief Shifts β Post a Shift. Fill in the details β date, time, location, pay, and a shift snapshot β and submit. For step-by-step instructions on posting a shift or multiple shifts, click here.
